Only a written confirmation of registration, indicating the reservation reference, is valid.
5.5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
5.5.1. For accommodation services (room reservations within the establishment), it is reminded that the Client does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, in accordance with article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code, which excludes this right for service contracts for accommodation to be provided on a specific date or period.

In this case, the Client can review the applicable cancellation conditions. These conditions are also reiterated during the payment steps.
5.5.3. If the specific rate conditions allow, only for reservations made under the label "Flexible Rate" or any other label expressly mentioning the benefit of this cancellation right, the Client must exercise the right of cancellation before 3:00 PM, two days before arrival - Paris time (France). Late notification of cancellation incurs late cancellation fees amounting to the first night's accommodation cost, including any extras listed in the Client's reservation, according to the applicable rate, all taxes included, validated by the Client.
5.5.4. For Online Reservations, the right of cancellation defined in Article 5.5.2 may be exercised by the Client via the reservation confirmation sent on the day of the booking. This can be done at the bottom of the email after logging in with the confirmation number or email and password. The options tab will then offer the cancellation of the reservation. By clicking the OK button, the cancellation will take effect immediately and all packages associated with this reservation will also be canceled. A cancellation confirmation email will then be sent to the client.
5.5.5. For Offline Reservations, the right of cancellation defined in Article 5.5.2 may be exercised by the Client by sending a request via email to contact@uneautrechambreparis.com, followed by a cancellation confirmation email from the Hotel. 5.5.7. In case of interruption of the stay, the amount corresponding to the agreed price of the night following the day of early departure will be charged, with no right to reimbursement, credit, or exchange for the Client as financial compensation for the prejudice. In the case of a reservation with payment during the booking process, no refund will be granted.
5.5.8. Unless otherwise expressly stated, particularly in the case of subscribing to extras for this purpose, the client must leave the room before 12:00 pm on the day of the end of their stay. Failing this and subject to availability, a late check-out will be offered. Each additional hour will be charged at €80/hour. This rate will end at 6:00 pm, French time. After this time, an additional night will be charged. The rates for the night will vary depending on the occupied room and the day monopolized. In case of room unavailability, the Hotel reserves the right to access the room that has not been vacated to prepare it for new arrivals.
5.5.9. Without prejudice to the application of the right of cancellation under the conditions of Article 5.5 for the “Flexible Rate,” any no-show by the Client at the establishment or non-presentation (reservation not canceled in case of right of cancellation and client not present) without prior information to the establishment to take possession of the reserved room will result in the release of the reservation in its entirety, making the reserved night(s) available and automatically entailing the charge for the first night’s stay, including all reserved extras, all taxes included, with no right to reimbursement for the Client.
5.5.10. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation from a Client with whom there is a dispute related to a previous reservation.
5.5.11. Each reservation is nominative and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred to a third party.
5.5.12. The conditions mentioned in Articles 6 prevail over all modes of reservation (Online and/or Offline).

The prices are valid in real-time and are displayed under the conditions provided in Article 5.2.4. In any case, the specific pricing conditions related to each rate/type of room, or additional services, are listed next to each service subject to the Client's reservation.
6.2. The prices are per room for the number of people and the selected date(s), specifying that the chosen rate implies by default and unless a particular "extra" is subscribed to for this purpose, a check-in by the Client at 3:00 pm and a check-out at 12:00 pm. Upon check-in, a bank pre-authorization (€150) and an ID will be required. Upon check-out in the absence of the client, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card provided at check-in.
6.3. Cancellation of a reservation for one (1) to four (4) nights at the Flexible Rate:

The same will apply in case of the Client's no-show on the scheduled arrival date.
6.6. Prices are subject to value-added tax (VAT) and are displayed as total amounts inclusive of all taxes (TTC) at the rate in effect at the time of reservation confirmation and in Euros (€) or in the currency selected by the client. The displayed prices are only valid for the duration indicated on the website.
